While virtually every remotely observant American has noticed that Biden has brazenly flouted checks and balances literally since Day 1, it is nice to see the complete disregard of these elements recognized officially by a court ruling.
And that’s precisely what just happened, notably after Judge Terry A. Doughty in the U.S. District Court Western District of Louisiana ruled against the emergency regulation issued on November 4 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services.
According to this emergency regulation, all employees, whether full-time or part-time, were required to receive vaccines if they worked at any healthcare facility whatsoever that receives Medicaid or Medicare funding. This regulation also applied to volunteers and contractor.
And, the reason for all of the above being stated in past tense can be summarized as follows: Doughty struck down the order, directly citing Biden’s violation of checks and balances.
On top of that, he blasted Biden for posing “grave risks” to civil liberties.
“If the executive branch is allowed to usurp the power of the legislative branch to make laws, two of the three powers conferred by our Constitution would be in the same hands … If human nature and history teach anything, it is that civil liberties face grave risks when governments proclaim indefinite states of emergency …
During a pandemic such as this one, it is even more important to safeguard the separation of powers set forth in our Constitution to avoid erosion of our liberties.” [Source: Fox News]
Needless to say, the state’s Republican Attorney General Jeff Landry was ecstatic with the ruling, noting that it forms a bulwark against increased threats of Americans’ rights and liberties.
“I applaud Judge Doughty for recognizing that Louisiana is likely to succeed on the merits and for delivering yet another victory for the medical freedom of Americans. While Joe Biden villainizes our healthcare heroes with his ‘jab or job’ edicts, I will continue to stand up to the President’s bully tactics and fight for liberty.” [Source: Fox News]
Too bad Biden has yet to get the memo on bullying, as he has continued to demand vaccines, even using the new variant in an effort to threaten people into receiving vaccines.
On top of that, apparently a booster is also “the new normal,” per the Biden administration.
When he was asked about whether or not the variants would be “the new normal,” Biden instead replied that boosters would be, not variants.
“To answer your first question first, the answer is: I expect this not to be the new normal. I expect the new normal to be everyone ends up getting vaccinated and the booster shot so we reduce the number of people who aren’t protected to such a low degree that we’re not seeing the spread of these viruses …
It remains to be seen exactly what the elements of this particular strain are. But if they’re as I hope, then it’s not going to be fundamentally different than in the past.” [Source: Townhall]
More like, “it remains to be seen” how many Americans will resist Emperor Biden.
Should they resist, the new variant will probaby have 1000x the negative coverage that the delta variant did.
And, rather hilariously, given his own recent refusal to wear a mask, Biden also hurled in mask mandates as an alternative to lockdowns.
“If people are vaccinated and wear their masks, there’s no need for the lockdowns.” [Source: Townhall]
Apparently, Biden cannot envision a world that does not have a mandate or lockdown of some kind.
Ever occur to Biden a day may come in which neither masks nor lockdowns are necessary?
In the meantime, prepare for more of the same from Democrats in terms of their nonsense, notably the nonstop terror being spewed in the media over COVID.
Not a word about Hunter, however, which is fairly clearly from Joe Rogan’s latest podcast.
